1. Data controller

2. What data I process and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form I process your name, email, optionally phone, topic and message text, in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or contract performance when arranging a service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Academy waitlist
When you join the waitlist I process your email in order to send you information about the Academy launch. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by emailing [email protected].
Technical data
With each submission I also store the form language, consent version, submission time and technical data necessary for spam protection. Web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookie-free and does not identify individuals.
3. Where data is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database (Cloudflare D1) on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure and delivered to [email protected]. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Email notifications are sent via a transactional email provider under GDPR-compliant standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, at most 24 months. Waitlist emails are kept until the Academy launch or until consent is withdrawn, at most 36 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
